One Direction (Simon Cowell's Boy Band)

 Simon Cowell has many different groups of this boy bands, he works with in his company name Syco.

Prior to I go to AGT, or The You Generation, where Simon and Google YouTube Partners to a new format of talents shows, I was researching everything he says about the quality he looks for.

Although I was not researching at One Direction, I did get to know a little bit about this boy band.

They are the new stars of this New Teens worlds.

They often say, if you pass the age of 30, those entertaining roles of fame, it will be no longer there. That is what I heard.

One Direction and Justin Bieber were at their age of young, that very popular today. 

Or like Shawn Mendes. He is on Victoria Secrets.


I just tell the kids, they should go on this materials, to let's say, walking in the river side, making a Christmas party, and an ice skating & amusement park dates.

Or simply just dining in the restaurant, for gaining the experience how to live a more higher living with a manner, and grace.

You would surprise, some kids they never have those training.

Of course, I am talking to the military.

When you are so young, and used to just go on dining a finer place of restaurant, your mentality is different. Your act is different, your personality is different, your tolerance and the heart is different.

Not every two second, the teapot is not filling.

Because that is 10 dollars more on the table.



I am actually working around the clock....for me, not eating is not a super big deal, to the person like me. I have a different life training all by myself, because that was my life I am willing to do.

That does not mean, your shape your mentality, that I am on a run of the clock, you forgotten, I have a lot of things on the table, to sit there, and worrying about the money.

From whichever unit you are from ....

I didn't say that the last time I guess. Music IT department, apart from the very First slide, how you do the Music IT department adding the Tool bar on the Firefox

Now this is the second lesson on the Music IT department. Upload Profile, or individual files, like Ms Word or Excel Sheet. I have so many words documents to back up.  Its inside your Gmail. Every Gmail, you could have an individual YouTube Channel , so there is a Google Cloud space, if you just click on your photo on the right hand top, at that Gmail places. You see there are 9 small squares, you click on that, not the photo.  Right next to it. The 4th icon in the middle down. You see Triangle. That is "Google Clouds" . You click in, then you ready to upload. You have to set the restriction to that file URL to say, you open to public, or just restrict to that links, to let's say, I sent to my mother and old guy like nick.
